Terms of service

1. What we sell

Obsira sells access to pre-existing third-party game accounts. All products are digital and are delivered electronically to your order page. Obsira isn't affiliated with Riot Games or Epic Games.

2. Your responsibilities

You must be old enough to make purchases where you live. Transferring an account may go against the game publisher's terms of service, and you accept that risk when you buy. Secure the account (password, email, 2FA) right after delivery.

3. Delivery and warranty

Delivery is automated and usually instant. Warranty, replacement and refund terms are on the Warranty page, which is part of these terms.

4. Chargebacks

If you think something went wrong, contact support before you file a chargeback. Opening a chargeback on an order that was delivered and works can get you banned from future purchases.

5. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
